Wrist Band Machine

01 — Overview
The Wrist Band Machine makes finished wristbands from a paper roll in a single pass. It unwinds the paper and the release paper on two separate stations, coats the release paper with hot melt glue through a slotter die, laminates the two webs together, die cuts the wristband shape on a rotary die, then carries the bands down a long conveyor to a collecting tray at the end.
Shops that make wristbands the usual way run three machines and handle the material three times: laminate, glue coat, die cut. This machine does all three in line, so a roll goes in one end and boxed-ready wristbands come off the other. Fewer handling steps means fewer registration errors, and one operator instead of three.
Die cutting runs on a rotary unit with a nip roller and an 80 teeth magnet cylinder. The flexible die is made to your wristband design, so band length, punch holes, tear line and tab shape are yours rather than a fixed pattern. After the die there is a short conveyor and then a long conveyor with vacuum hold-down, which keeps light bands flat at speed and gives a mounting point for a batch coding unit.
RK Label Printing Machinery Pvt. Ltd. has built label and packaging converting machines in Ahmedabad, Gujarat since 1994 and exports to 24+ countries including the USA, UAE, Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.
