Founder of RK Label Printing Machinery Pvt Ltd and its sister Company. He has emerged as an entrepreneur in 1994 with a 10 feet by 10 feet factory shed in the Name of Raju Trading. Later Renamed to RK Machine Tools and finally to RK Label Printing Machinery Pvt Ltd. Due to the Hard and Efficient work of Mr. Thanigasalam he has grown the company to such a level that Everybody in the field of Label Manufacturing in India Knows our Firm.

Rajubhai used to tell that "About 80% of the Barcode and Label Manufactures in India uses our Machine". There are more than 20+ Customers who have only Our Brand Machinery in their Factory, since he decided to Make Our Factory as One Stop Solution by manufacturing all required Auxiliary Machine for the customer.

On 21st November of 2021 Rajubhai has been Passed Away. From 1994 to 2021 Rajubhai has worked Restless for the Growth of our Firm and laid a Strong Foundation. Hence Our Management Has Decided "Rajubhai to be laid Rest at our Factory Premises in Our Unit 2 @Amsaran Mahemdavad" with a Feeling he will be with us in Our Factory. And we have made a small Memorial for him.

As everyone Knows "Successful business man in one Who lead the company from the Front and also need to create a backup for Everyone". In that way, he has brought his Sister Son Cum Son in law Prabhakaran Ejilane just a Year before his Death and Made him as CEO of Our Firm and handed over all decision authority to him 6 Month before his Death.

Prabhakaran Ejilane, Our Young and Energetic Director of RK Label Printing Machinery Pvt Ltd. Prabhakaran was born and brought up at Pondicherry, which is small union territory at South of India.

He holds B. TECH Mechanical Engineering degree from Pondicherry University. He was also the Gold Medallist of the Batch 2009-2013. Worked in Eaton Bussman, TVS Lucas and Renault Nissan Automotive Company. He worked in various parts of world for various Renault Car launches across the Globe.

He started his career at RK Label Printing Machinery as CEO from Aug 2020. After the Sudden Demise of his Uncle Cum Father Law Thanigasalam Mudaliyar who is our Founder Cum Director, Prabhakaran has taken charge as Director For RK Label Printing Machinery and lead the firm from the Front.

Our Director Strong believe that they money Saved by us in Production is directly the Cost saved by Customer while Purchasing the Machine. So he has shifted from Order against Production to Batch Production and focused too much on Lean production. He was always opened for Kaizen and 5S Improvement. He believes Only Well Organised System can helps in Achieving Error Free Activity.

Employees of RK states that "Prabhakaran was very Fast Learner, he travelled with Thanigasalam for about 6 months only. But he is leading us from the Front with a feeling that Thanigasalam sir has created strong backup and handover all the activities to him".

G Naresh is Our Current General Manager who handle the Sales Team from the Front. He is Considered as One of the Main Pillar of Our Firm Since he has joined his hands with our Founder in 1998 and Worked Restless from the Day 1 to till Today.

For the Indian Market he is the image for RK Label Printing Machinery. He used to travel Entire India and make a strong Bonding with Customer. His Commitment to Our Firm and Our Customer is always beyond the Expectation. As a Result, if you see 80% of his sales will be from the Existing Customer.

He always plays an Important Role in gathering the need of Our Customer and summarising to our Management for the Development of New Machine. His famous Dialogue "Customer is Always Right and He is the King for our Company".

Manoj Patel is Head of Our Electrical and Automation team from the day in which we started the Firm. He has joined with our Founder in 1995 and support a lot for the Growth of the Firm. He is One of the Key Person behind the Success Story of Our Firm.

His 25+ Years of Experience and patience help us to solve all the Electrical and Automation issue over the Phone Call. He played an Important Role behind the Launch of Every New Model.

Service Team Members of RK States "If we call Manoj Bhai and tell him the issue we are facing on the machine manufactured in the Year 2000 also, he will tell us check this cable and then he will tell us solution to solve the issue".

Annadurai is Our Production Manager. He is key person behind achieving of customer expectation by providing on time deliver of Machine with zero effect & Failure.

His commitment to our Organisation is immeasurable. And employees of RK states "Annabhai has donated his life for the Firm, you can always see him in the factory".

S Ajaykumar is Our Sales Manager Cum Customer Support Team Leader. He has Completed his Masters in MBA (Gujarat Institute of Technology). He is Associated with Our Firm from 2009.

He handles all the Sales Lead Enquiry and Sales Executive. Also lead our After Sales Team from the Front. His contribution is unaccountable on the Recent Growth of our Firm. He also Handles our Export activity and he played an Important role in delivery our machine to 20+ Countries.
